FC Struga Trim-Lum (Macedonian: ФК Струга Трим-Лум, FK Struga Trim-Lum) stands as a football club hailing from Struga, North Macedonia. Their present engagement finds them in the Macedonian First League. Established in 2015, the club emerged within the realms of the 4th Macedonian Football Division. Triumphantly, they clinched victory during the 2015–16 season, securing promotion to the Macedonian Third League. Elevating their achievements, the 2016–17 season witnessed the club's dominance in the Third League, facilitating their direct ascent to the Macedonian Second League. Additionally, they claimed the Cup of OFS Struga. A significant milestone occurred on 28 November 2017, when they triumphed in the Independence Cup, an event hosted in Korçë, Albania. The semifinals saw them emerge victorious against KF Tirana (1–0), with Migjen Sherifi's header sealing the win. In the final, a penalty shootout secured their victory over KF Otranti from Ulcinj, culminating in a 4–1 scoreline.
