Wilkie Museum and Heritage Society
The Wilkie and District Museum features a diverse collection of artifacts and newspapers, including a fully operational blacksmith shop with a working forge, a pioneer store, and a one-room schoolhouse. It also houses the original Wilkie Press office, recognized as a Heritage site, along with the rural municipal office, a station house, and the original Town Office. The museum showcases Wilkie's original Firehall, constructed in 1908 for $900, and includes a 1954 fire truck, a 1929 Model A, a CPR caboose and speeder, and a picture gallery. Additionally, there is an extensive collection of post office memorabilia and displays related to early settlers. The museum operates from June through August.
