The tragic events of the attack at the Croatian village of Lovas during the Croatian War of Independence and the subsequent legal battle of the Former Yugoslav People’s Army officer Dusan Loncar. Loncar, according to the indictment, on October 9, 1991, 'ordered an attack on the civilian population that resulted in the death of people'. He pleaded not guilty.
