The Theater Park in Rijeka emerged in 1875 through land reclamation from the sea. Recently renovated, it now combines its historical Classicist-Secession features with modern elements. Notably, the park is home to nine rose bushes with unique 'musical' and 'theatrical' names, such as Charleston, Hendel, Concerto, Concertino, Conductor, Solo, Prima ballerina, Maria Callas and Ballet, adding a charming touch. Its beauty and charm have been recognized, as it received the prestigious 'Blue Flower' award as Croatia's most beautiful park.
