The Historical Museum is located at the entrance to the city. The museum has local character including archeological, historical and ethnographic objects. These objects represent all the region of Tepelena and belong to a period from the Neolithic period up to the twentieth century. Objects with historical importance are presented in the pavilions of Archeology, the period of Ali Pasha Tepelena, Independence, War of Vlora, the National Liberation War, and ethnography.
