Stivan is a settlement on the island of Cres. Administratively, it belongs to the city of Cres. It is located south of Lake Vrana, at an altitude of 100 to 120 meters. About 1 km to the west is a bay with several houses. The nearest settlement is Miholašćica (2 km northwest). According to the 2021 census , the village has 24 inhabitants.
