Stanić is an abandoned settlement on the island of Cres. The settlement has 5-6 houses and is less than 50 meters. Administratively, the settlement belongs to the city of Cres. It is located in the interior of the island, southeast of Lake Vrana, along the road Cres - Mali Lošinj. The altitude of the settlement is about 150 meters. Lake Vrana is located about 500 meters west of the town. The nearest settlement is Vrana (1 km southeast). The last time that a Croatian census showed inhabitants living in Stanić was in 1991, at that time the people living there were 2.
