Project 'Eat the Fish' is a company in Thunder Bay, Ontario, that is part of 'Lake to Plate', a project that supports Inuit fishermen to sell Arctic Char to different parts of Canada. Arctic Char is a fish that is a key part of Inuit culture. Working with fishermen in the northern Nunavut community of Naujaat, the project connects the fishermen with a way to support themselves through fishing and make a sustainable income. The Arctic Char is flown out to the city of Winnipeg, and then transported to different areas in southern Canada.
