Arctic Char is a fish that is a key part of Inuit culture. Working with fishermen in the northern Nunavut community of Naujaat, the project connects the fishermen with a way to support themselves through fishing and make a sustainable income. The Arctic Char is flown out to the city of Winnipeg, and then transported to different areas in southern Canada.
