Miholašćica is a settlement on the island of Cres. Administratively, the settlement belongs to the city of Cres. It is located in a bay on the west coast of the island, southwest of Lake Vrana. The nearest settlements are Martinšćica (2 km north) and Stivan (2 km southeast). The oldest buildings in the village date back to the Roman period, as evidenced by the excavations of the seaside villa (mosaics and masonry). According to the 2021 census, the village has 31 inhabitants.
