Konguk Metro Station - 건국역
Konguk Station (Korean: 건국역) is a prominent station within the Hyŏksin Line of the Pyongyang Metro. Situated opposite Potonggang Station, which serves as a railway station and freight hub with a marshaling yard, Konguk Station is conveniently located for transport connections. The station is adorned with a captivating mural known as 'The River Pothong of Paradise.' It was inaugurated on September 9, 1978, and comprises one platform and two tracks. Additionally, Konguk Station is directly connected to Potonggang Station and offers a tram interchange with Pyongyang Tram Line 1.
