In 1967, the Biggar Public Library relocated to the Town Office at the southwest corner of 202 3rd Avenue West and Queen Street, where it remains today.
On October 24, 1967, the library became the fifth of sixteen communities to establish the Wheatland Regional Library, enhancing access to knowledge and reading materials for its patrons.
The Biggar Library offers several services, including free internet usage, photocopying for $0.25, inter-library loans, and word processing.
The Biggar Library Board is composed of six to seven members, representing the Town of Biggar, the RM of Biggar, and the RM of Glenside.
