Formerly known as DAMAC Heights and Ocean Heights 2, DAMAC Residenze stands as an 85-storey, 335-meter (1,099 feet) supertall skyscraper nestled within Dubai Marina, Dubai. This architectural marvel is the second supertall endeavor by DAMAC Properties, following the success of Ocean Heights, also situated in Dubai Marina, and offers stunning vistas overlooking the Palm Jumeirah.
As of 2022, DAMAC Residenze holds the distinction of being the 13th tallest building in Dubai and the 12th tallest residential building globally.
Designed to enhance panoramic views and create an illusion of spaciousness, DAMAC Residenze stands tall amidst the bustling skyline of Dubai Marina. Aedas, the architects behind the project, emphasized the tower's curvature to maximize sightlines for its occupants, ensuring a sense of openness amidst the clustered skyscrapers.
Initially planned to reach a towering height of 420 meters (1,378 feet), the final height of DAMAC Residenze was adjusted to 335 meters (1,099 feet) in February 2013. Foundation work commenced in February 2013, with piling already completed by that time. The pinnacle of construction was achieved when the building was topped out in September 2016.
