This ancient 16th century palace belonged to the Fabris family, to the Mainardis, and in the 19th century, to a well-known engineer and garden designer, Pietro Quaglia. It was then handed down to his daughter Alda, married to Professor and Member of Parliament Saverio Scolari, as reported in the epigraph by Luigi De Paoli (1895). The small portico boasts ancient columns with coats of arms, while the inside shows fine stone finishing and antique furniture. Beyond the rivulet (Rui De Brosa) that flows behind the palace, Pietro Quaglia himself designed the lovely terraced Italian garden that still preserves its narrow winding paths leading uphill as well, as hedges, plants and centuries-old rare trees scattered all over the hillside.
