Architect
Edward Ingress Bell (1837–1914) was an English architect active in the late 19th and early 20th centuries, known for his long collaboration with Sir Aston Webb. Born in Ingress Park, Greenhithe, Kent, Bell had already worked on several commissions before partnering with Webb. Their first major public project together was the Victoria Law Courts in Birmingham. Bell passed away in East Preston, Sussex.
