Deyaar is a UAE-based real estate development and services company, primarily owned by Dubai Islamic Bank. Initially, it operated as the property management arm of Dubai Islamic Bank before becoming a private shareholding company in 2001. In 2007, it became a public joint-stock company listed on the Dubai Financial Market. Noteworthy projects include the Regalia tower in Business Bay, the Bella Rose development in Dubai Science Park, and the Tria residential tower in Dubai Silicon Oasis. Deyaar was involved in a legal dispute with Limitless, resulting in a significant cash settlement approved by its board of directors in 2022.
