Data Points

Rose Rayhaan by Rotana, also known as the Rose Tower, stands proudly as a 72-storey, 333-meter (1,093 feet) hotel located on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, ranking as the fifth tallest hotel globally. Originally intended to reach a height of 380 meters (1,250 feet), the design underwent modification, resulting in its current stature. Construction of the tower commenced in 2004 and reached its completion in 2007 under the supervision of Arabian Construction Co. The addition of the spire on 24 October 2006 marked the tower's full height, surpassing the iconic Burj Al Arab in total height. Despite being structurally ready in 2007, the hotel officially opened its doors on 23 December 2009. The architectural design of Rose Rayhaan by Rotana is characterized by its stylistic diversity. Adorned with a highly embellished façade featuring blue and silver mirrored glass with gold ornamentation, the tower's distinct visual appeal is accentuated by a central panel of oculiform gold rings. The tower's sides incorporate convex cylindrical forms that seamlessly merge, culminating in an elaborate sculptural peak resembling a rose, from which the tower derives its informal name. The tower is capped with a sphere and a spire, extending its height to 333 meters. Notably, Rose Rayhaan by Rotana holds the distinction of being one of Dubai's first major alcohol-free hotels. Boasting two restaurants and a 24-hour coffee shop, the hotel offers a luxurious and serene retreat for its guests. Developed by Bonyan International Investment Group with an investment of $180 million, the hotel features 462 rooms, suites, and penthouses, providing unparalleled comfort and hospitality.
