HHHR Tower, also referred to as the Blue Tower, is a remarkable supertall skyscraper situated on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Constructed over a span of four years, from 2006 to 2010, this 72-floor marvel stands proudly at a height of 317 meters (1,040 feet). Crafted by architect Al Hashemi, the tower primarily serves as a residential hub, complemented by select commercial spaces. Upon its completion in 2010, HHHR Tower proudly claimed the title of the world's second-tallest residential building, second only to Australia's Q1 towering at 323 meters (1,060 feet). As of 2022, HHHR Tower holds the esteemed position of being the 16th-tallest residential building globally and the sixth-tallest within the vibrant cityscape of Dubai. Housing a total of 454 residential apartments, it offers a luxurious living experience to its inhabitants. The construction of HHHR Tower was made possible through a collaborative effort between Al Ahmadiah Contracting and Trading Co., based in the UAE, and Hip Hing Construction Co. Ltd. from Hong Kong. This partnership, renowned for its excellence, has also left its mark on other notable projects, including the iconic Masdar City in Abu Dhabi.
